JEL Series 1

The IGG Junior Esports League (JEL) serves as the vital entry point of the ecosystem, specifically tailored for a secondary school students. By providing a safe and structured environment, JEL introduces the youth to the complexities of organized competition while instilling core values such as discipline, sportsmanship and balanced gaming habits.

Beyond mere gameplay, the league acts as a foundational training ground that aligns with the objectives of the Ministry of Education and KBS to nurture talent at the grassroots level. It effectively prepares students for higher tier competition by emphasizing teamwork and professional standards from an early age.

JEL is conducted entirely via Online Mode, ensuring maximum accessibility for secondary school students across various regions. By utilizing online platforms, the league removes geographical barriers, allowing students from across the country to participate without the need for travel, ensuring a safe and accessible environment.

The league is structured into a 12 Series format for a duration of 6 month, providing a consistent and recurring competitive calendar. Players have multiple opportunities to compete, learn from their mistakes and improve their rankings over the course of the series. This will ensures that the most consistent and dedicated talents rise to the top of the leaderboard, accurately identifying the best prospects for the higher-tier championships.
